Korean Praise 2009
UPDATE 25 June 2009 : I decided to combine both installments to avoid confusion. So here they are all in 1 post.
What a shoot! I totally enjoyed myself. The energy of the Koreans was so infectious, seeing them singing with so much conviction makes me want to shoot more! We had a full house on Saturday night and the aircon was struggling to keep things cool but that just didn’t matter coz the Koreans were really belting it out with a number of great Praise song!
Here’s the first installment,… that’s as much as I could process last night…

One of the things I experimented with is using rear shutter sync in this shoot. I’m glad it worked well and as expected…

WTR2009
Every year the WAM committee organizes the WTR (Worship Team Retreat) so that we are able to get away over a weekend to get some R&R. It was indeed a time of refreshing for me.
This year’s WTR I come as a participant and I was also assigned to photo document the event. Which I was more than delighted to say yes to the organizers. I had caught more than just the event. God gave a beautiful full moon on Sat night and a beautiful sunrise on Sunday morning for my photo taking pleasure. Check em out! :)

Liturgist Workshop

Trinity & Wesley Church Combined Choir Concert
This is my first real “assignment”, and also a great opportunity to put to practice what I learnt from Malcolm. For the first time (if not mistaken) Trinity is having a combined Church choir concert. I went with the aim to do portraits and headshots. The wide angle shots were well taken care of the other photographers. Here’s my catch!
