Some pics of the surrounding…
oops after this I had to hop out of the official photog’s way. ….
… and that’s how the evening looks after the ROM …. lovely eh?
I wasn’t the official photographer for this wedding, Chui Ying is my wife’s best friend and we’re there to attend her wedding. While I was there, I brought my camera … how could I resist not shooting a wedding?
Here’s part 1, just before the ROM.
We have been planning this since last year , well actually we were supposed to do this shoot last year, but it never materialized for a myriad of reasons. We finally did it last saturday! Here are my favourites.
More to come from Jason’s camera … stay tuned.
I invited Jason Low to cover the workshop and as well as to conduct the photo editing module. Here are the pics from his camera.

Military crawl stabilization technique
Thanks Jason for covering the event.
This was shot by one of the participants Alvin Lai, during the creative lighting practical shoot session. Did he manage to achieve a rim light around the subject? He certainly did! take a look.

I’ve quickly edited some of the photos from the workshop. We really had a blast with plenty of hands on and practical sessions.
One of the things we got the participants to try out was panning technique.
All busy trying to do panning on cars passing by
Here's my panning shot

A quick demo on off camera flash technique, Loy was sporting enough to be our model
This is just outside our training room, nice place eh?
Setting up the reflector for bounce flash

Creative lighting is addictive! We just couldn't get enough of it!
Sifu master teaching about white balance

That’s all for now… but stay tuned! more pics coming your way!
